Why StatusPro exists
Shopify's default order statuses are short, generic, and the same for every store. For brands doing made-to-order work, pre-orders, or hand-finished goods, the defaults leave customers in the dark and fill support inboxes with "where is my order?" tickets.
StatusPro replaces that with something you can shape to your own process: named stages that match the real workflow, branded email updates as orders move between them, and an order lookup page customers can check anytime.

StatusPro was founded by Daryl Shannon to give Shopify merchants a better way to keep customers informed as orders move through the process.

How we work
- Independently run. The roadmap is shaped by merchant feedback, not outside pressure.
