To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of StatusPro.

FAIR USE POLICY

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of our Shopify app ("StatusPro").

Purpose

This Policy is designed to prevent abuse and ensure fair access to our App for all users during the 14-day free trial period.

Free Trial Limitations

During the free trial period, each user is allowed to sync a maximum of 500 orders. This limit ensures all users can test the main functionality of our App without incurring excessive usage costs.

Excessive Use

If a user exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to (a) limit or suspend the user's access to the App until they upgrade to a paid plan, or (b) charge the user for the excessive usage in accordance with our pricing schedule.

Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the App to identify excessive usage.

Policy Updates

We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the App after a change to this Policy, you agree to abide by the revised policy.
